Resources
At Phi Chi Theta, we welcome and deeply value brothers’ diverse backgrounds and experiences. We recognize that everyone comes to Cornell with varying levels of exposure to the business world, and we are committed to making Phi Chi Theta a space on campus that is accessible to all, regardless of prior professional experience. Below are some helpful tips for navigating PCT’s recruitment process. If you have any concerns or questions regarding our diversity & inclusion efforts, please contact our DE&I chair.
The best way to prepare for PCT recruitment is to be familiar with common behavioral interview questions and to practice articulating your interests and experiences in business, why you want to join PCT, and what you would bring to the brotherhood! We recommend reading through our website to have a full understanding of PCT as an organization.
